About the Role / Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with customers to train them on best practices, answer inbound questions, solicit feedback, and help with bespoke projects
  • Serve as first line of defense for all client support inquiries; manage support ticketing system and collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to escalate cases as needed
  • Help with regular quality assurance of the platform, testing both core functionality and new feature launches
  • The potential opportunity to identify and execute opportunities for commercial expansion within those accounts

Nice-To-Haves

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in financial services/financial technology, sales/account management/marketing, or another client-facing position
  • Interest in financial services/financial technology
  • Familiar with popular CRMs and sales automation tools, like Salesforce, SalesLoft, and/or Hubspot
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient in all major Google Workspace applications
