Job Title: Support Engineer

We’re looking for a highly skilled Support Engineer to join our team. 

We are a well-funded, fast-growing startup, building AI-powered tools for financial professionals. We have strong product-market fit and an exceptional team, and we're poised for significant growth in the coming years. We are well-established, with hundreds of clients from the largest financial firms on Wall Street.

About The Role:

As a support engineer, you will:

  • Provide technical support for our clients in the financial sector.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our APIs, integrations, and core platform.
  • Respond to client queries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with internal development and engineering teams to escalate and resolve issues.
  • Document solutions and create knowledge base articles for future reference.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on best practices and new features.

You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Have 3 or more years of experience working as a professional support engineer.
  • Are proficient in AWS (or comparable cloud service provider).
  • Have direct experience or understanding of python.
  • Have a strong understanding of relational databases, like Postgres and MySQL.
  • Have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Are interested and excited by the challenges and opportunities of startup life.
