Gavin Skinner is the Chief Operating Officer of Aiera, a role he took on in July 2024. He is leading the company’s efforts to develop responsible generative AI solutions for the financial services sector. With a distinguished 35-year career on Wall Street, Gavin brings a wealth of expertise to Aiera. He began as a research analyst at Deutsche Bank and most recently served as Global COO for Research at Citi. His extensive background spans finance & business management, talent management, risk & compliance, content creation & distribution, and operations & technology. Skinner has also served as a Board Director at TheMarkets.com, VisibleAlpha, and OpenExchange.
Ken Sena is CEO and Co-founder of Aiera, one of the earliest pioneers in applying AI to financial services, having launched its platform in 2018. A veteran Wall Street analyst and industry executive, Ken brings more than two decades of experience spanning equity research, media, technology, and corporate strategy. Prior to founding Aiera, he led Global Internet Research at Wells Fargo Securities and Evercore ISI, where he covered many of the world’s most influential technology companies and advised institutional investors on industry trends and market developments. He began his career in research at Bear Stearns and previously held strategy and business development roles at Viacom and Time Warner. Ken holds a dual degree from the Wharton School and the College of Arts & Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania.
Bryan Healey is the Co-Founder and CTO of Aiera, where he oversees technology operations while remaining hands-on in machine learning. He was previously an early leader in Amazon’s Alexa organization and Director of AI at Lola Travel (later acquired by Capital One), and has been an engineer and leader at multiple Boston-area startups over a multi-decade career. Healey frequently writes, speaks, and teaches about machine learning and entrepreneurship, and advises local startups. He studied Computer Science at Northeastern University and holds an MBA from Norwich University.
Joe McDonnell is Aiera‘s Chief Financial Officer, joining the company in April 2025 after a career spanning both the buy-side and operating side of financial services. Joe started his career as an investment banking analyst at Credit Suisse before moving to the buy-side as a research analyst at Chilton Investment Company and Partner Fund Management. His experience has given him firsthand experience with the research workflows and market intelligence demands of the investment community. He subsequently served as Managing Director at Foglamp Capital before joining viaPhoton, a high-growth fiber connectivity and infrastructure startup. At viaPhoton, he served as Director of Finance for four years and helped build the company’s finance function from the ground up. Joe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Tulane University.
Chief Customer Officer and Head of Revenue Operations
Catherine Culp is Chief Customer Officer and Head of Revenue Operations at Aiera, overseeing all go-to-market functions including Customer Success and Support, Sales, and Revenue Operations. A founding team member since Aiera’s commercial launch in 2018, she brings 13 years of fintech experience, with a recent focus on generative AI solutions for investment professionals. Prior to Aiera, Catherine served as Vice President of Operations and Marketing at fintech startup A2 Access, helping scale the business through its acquisition by capital markets and banking analytics platform Dealogic. She subsequently joined Dealogic as Director of Research and Operations, building a global client data processing team within the buy-side services segment. Catherine holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia.
Eric Lebovich, CFA is the head of product management at Aiera, a role he took on in May 2026. He is leading the company’s execution of product strategy across a growing suite of AI-powered research and event intelligence solutions. With 25 years of experience in investment research product management, Eric brings a practical understanding of how institutional investors want to consume research. Prior to Aiera, Eric served in senior product management roles overseeing investment and enterprise research at Point72, AlphaSense, Bloomberg and FactSet. Eric started his career in equity research at Lehman Brothers. Eric earned a BA in Economics from Johns Hopkins University, is a CFA Charterholder and member of the CFA Institute.
Elliot Nash is Head of Product at Aiera, where he leads design and product development across the company‘s desktop, mobile, and embedded products. A founding team member, Elliot joined in 2018 as Aiera’s first engineering and design hire, building alongside the founders to shape its responsible AI platform for financial services from the ground up. A design engineer by background, he brings over 20 years of experience creating digital products at the intersection of design, frontend, and engineering. Prior to Aiera, he served as Director of Frontend Engineering at LolaTravel, where he led development across its web and mobile products. Earlier in his career, he was on the innovation team as lead at Constant Contact where his projects were written up in Wired. Elliot earned a B.S. in Management, from Bentley University.
Lisa Chaney is Chief of Staff at Aiera, where she leads strategic initiatives, supports executive decision-making, and helps drive alignment across key business priorities. Prior to joining Aiera in 2025, she spent 18 years at Citi as a Business Analyst supporting senior leaders across the Global Research business. Lisa holds a B.A. from Columbia University.
Tyler Horton serves as Director of Engineering at Aiera, where he oversees a global team of developers building secure and performant AI-enabled solutions for accessing financial research. He brings over 25 years of software development and technical leadership experience working across university research groups, early-stage startups, established mid-sized firms, and a Fortune 500 company. His prior roles at these institutions span a wide range of domains, including enterprise software management, cybersecurity, risk management, fraud prevention, investment tools, and retail applications. Tyler earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from MIT while conducting research at the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory.
Kaarine Mohammed is the Director of Research Operations at Aiera, where she leads the onboarding, integration, and operational management of sell-side research and financial content providers across Aiera’s responsible AI platform for financial services. She oversees critical workflows spanning research provider partnerships, RIXML-based content standards, entitlements, content distribution, consumption metrics, data quality, and compliance-driven operational processes. Kaarine brings extensive experience from Citi, where she served as Product Owner for CRM within the Institutional Clients Group, leading platforms including CRM, Events Management, Entitlements Hub, and Subscription Center, while managing complex technology implementations, stakeholder engagement, and data governance initiatives across global institutional client workflows. Her background combines product strategy, research operations, process optimization, and cross-functional execution, enabling her to translate complex financial content, access, and compliance requirements into scalable operational solutions for Aiera’s customers and partners.
Camila Lopes is Director of Event Operations at Aiera, where she leads a fully remote, globally distributed team ensuring timely and accurate live financial event coverage across Aiera’s platform. With over three years at Aiera, she has built deep expertise in the operational infrastructure that powers financial event intelligence at scale. Camila brings a background in remote team management and operational process design, with a focus on building scalable workflows across distributed, multicultural teams.
