Senior Account Executive

Title: Senior Account Executive (Sr. AE)
Reports to: Head of Rev Ops/ CRO
Location: Hybrid / New York
Type: Full-time, quota-carrying, at-will

Role summary:

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Aiera’s platform — from prospecting and discovery to contract negotiation and close. Be a subject-matter expert on the Aiera product, reliably hit quota by closing new logos and expanding existing accounts, and partner closely with SDRs, product and customer success to drive predictable ARR growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own quota and territory: prospect, qualify, develop pipeline, and close net-new logos.
  • Expand ARR and drive renewals / upsells inside assigned accounts.
  • Deliver high-quality product demos and articulate Aiera’s value to buyers and technical stakeholders.
  • Build and execute account/territory plans; provide accurate forecasts and activity reporting.
  • Work cross-functionally with SDRs, Product, and CS to shape product fit and support key customer wins.
  • Act as a product and market feedback loop for GTM and product teams.

Required experience & skills:

  • 5+ years quota-carrying SaaS enterprise sales (closing fully B2B/enterprise deals).
  • Proven track record closing multi-quarter-million ARR opportunities or equivalent enterprise deals.
  • Strong demo and solution selling skills; comfortable with technical buyers.
  • Excellent negotiation, forecasting and pipeline discipline.
  • Comfortable with a collaborative, founder/CEO-driven sales culture.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience selling into financial services / investment teams or other information-intensive verticals.
  • Experience building processes in a growing SaaS sales org.

OTE $300K (Salary and Commission)
